Wanabthin88's food log
today im doing pretty goos so far i have only had water and a bottle of diet lemon snapple which both have 0 cal ... and im going to dinner with a couple of friends so i plan to only consume about 300 max cal there .. and since today is my first day of the abc diet since im starting over ... ill have 200 cal left of my 500 cal day .. and im going to a hiphop aerobics class at the gym for 45 min so that should burn some good cal ... and since its sunny out im in a great and positive mood .. i hope it sticks good luck today girls!!!!
Day 2 ABC Diet
so today is my day 2 with 500 cal or less ... so far ive had a bottle of water and a bottle of diet lemon snapple (0cal) and ...
Dinner : water and a lean cuisine (210 cal)
so im still down and then im going to the gym to work off about 476 cal
Night Snacks (b/c i have to): prob veggies and low fat dip or a 100 cal pack

today has been a good day so far ... thursday are basically the end to my week .. which means partying tonight!!! ... although that also means drinking .. and i cant resist.... but i havent eaten anything yet today and i prob wont until after i drink .. that way ill get drunk faster and wont consume too many alcoholic calories .. but my limit today is 300cal so hopefully i can stick to it .. i hate that i dont count alcohol though... any suggesstions for healthier alcoholic beverages??????

Only white wine spritzers instead of wine.. pepsi/diet coke with spirits... stick to singles (vodkas)... sip dont down... no beer... ice and lemon...

so today is my 100 cal day and its kinda of hard .. ive had three baby carrots and one stick of celery so far .. i plan on going to the gym to work off about 272 cal so that should help me out a little .. but my goal for today is not to eat anything past 11 .. wish me luck
