Well here goes. Today im not one of the ones that "does" but rather one of the ones "who make excuses".

I've not had a good day - ive been losing weight day by day for the past 5 days in a row, and then suddenly i caved in under stress of my exams and trying to complete everything at once! I dont even see how im going to manage everything SadSadSad it's so depressing.

so today - it's been bad. And I'm NOT going to lie to you or myself about how many calories i had. Here goes *embarrassed" ( <-but i deserve it I can't believe I gave in). I'm SUCH a hypocrit today. and im sorry for that Sad I WAS DOING SO WELLL!!

15/04/2008:
cereal: 150 max
yoghurt: 150
apple: 80
(then it went very bad after crying:)
bakewell cakes x2 : 400
chocolate cake: 300
pasta and dolmino sauce: 400
half sandwich: 150
orange: 70

Total: too much (1700) U___U

OMG. I HATE MYSELF. WHYYYYY? I COMPLETELY LOST IT!!!

but i can't! I've got exams. Exams. Exams. Exams. Until next monday, and then I have 2 pieces of coursework that are already 3 weeks late, and if dont get them in by next wednesday I've completely screwed it up.

there's no time for me to exercise!!!!

This is pathetic - i cant stop crying. I'm such a failure.

your def not a failure .. just try to focus on ur studies instead of food .. i had 3 exams last week, 2 quizzes and a paper .. so i knew id b tempted to eat so i left my room and went to a comp lab or the library where there was no food around and i ended up doing better than i have ever done binge wise .. i barely ate anything .. i highly suggest u try it .. I love you

Definatly agree with wanabethin-its a physcological thing-when you're somewhere like a library its not you denying yourself food, its the library and so you dont want to go against that authority as much!

I will have to do that. I live in the countryside so it's a bit difficult, but tomorrow in school i will do my work in the library and ill live there pretty much til the end of the week.
This has been such an awful day for me.
And i think all the tablets im taking are having some side-effects..

I sometimes feel like i have split personalities. Like today. i'm completely different to what I was yesterday.

Girl, I'm in the same situation. I have so many assignments that are overdue and I just can't focus on getting them done because all I think about is how many calories I ate.

Me too. I decided not to start my assignment at a reasonable time so that I could burn kcals. Now I'm screwed.

had cereal this morn and half a sandwich - worked off 900 calories at the gym
and i got an A in my exam Smile

I'm feeling positive. I'm back in the swing of it again - today (it's nearly 3) eaten:

- 2 x weetabix (no sugar) [117 cal]
- orange [neg cal food]

plan on havin a small apple in an hour or so, and a coffee (got to do spanish work tonight - 4 pages ><)
Going for a run at 4.30 ish. not a long one, just 20mins or so.

OH AND BIG NEWS (for me anyway) I LOSE 4LBS YESTERDAY!!!!!!!!! (and i only put on 0.2lbs from the 'binge' 2 days ago thank god)
So I'm making progress. Monday I was 139.0, today I'm 134.4 Surprised

weetabix X2: 120
orange x 2: 160
Quorn+sauce+sweetcorn: 300
apple: 80

total: 660



tomorrow's plan is:
1 weetabix: 60
apple: 80
about 2 cups of lettuce for dinner: 50?
2 cups of coffee max: 30

and plenty of water.

Right - i havent posted for a few days been very busy.
haven't really been doing all that well. Stressed to the max aswell doesnt help.

right today has been like this:

2 weetabix: 200
shreddies (lunch): 150
2 x pears: 100 (small ones)
apple: 80
salad roll (no butter): 120
+ about 50 cals worth of coffee
+ 2 litres water
10x xtra small cherry tomatoes: 20

Total: 720 cals

tomorrow I'm aiming for 500 cals. I think I'm just gonna stick to cherry tomatoes and weetabix.
