Woo, excitement! And I'm so glad I can start off on such a high-
Monday 14th April
1 Rose Chocolate.
I was meant to be fasting, but I had a moment of weakness. But one mini chocolate isnt so bad!

GULP-bad day, meant to stay under 500kcals and have already failed!
200g Strawberry yogurt-102kcals
1 apple, weight 200g, 94kcals
1/4 cucumber-12kcal
1 tomato, weight 100g, 17kcals
75g grapes-51 kcals
25g half fat (HA!) creme frache-42kcals
1 wrap-185kcals
50g Halumi cheese-158kcals
1 vegetarian sausage-80kcals
2 egg whites-34kcals (17kcals each)
total-775 kcals!!!!
Bummer.
even if I take off the 25mins of pilates, which is apporx 100kcals, thats still 675 kcals.
But I am about to do my exercise dvds, I have three and I'm aiming to do all three high intensity sections-20mins long each so thats 165kcals a go. So even one will get me to around a 500kcal intake (as long as I dont eat for the rest of the day) but three will burn 495kcals-giving me an intake of about 180 for the day! I'll update when I've done them.

I burnt off 285kcals, bringing the intake down to 390.
Then I binged on crisps, 2 rice cakes and a sardine (dont ask) which was a grand total of 201kcals.
So 591kcals, I'm so pissed at myself. I'm drinking loads of green tea to try to speed up the metabolism

1 M&S sandwich (350kcals, in one sandwich)
100g M&Ms (500kcals!)
I feel so gross. I'm fasting tomorrow and probably over the weekend to wipe it all out. Now that I know that I have the willpower and that I can do it I have no excuses.
I'm also going to exercise my butt off!

failed yesterday
went past greggs and I just couldnt take it anymore. Had a tuna crunch sandwich (approx 203 kcals), a danish (527kcals) and a chocolate brownie(approx 421kcals). Then I felt so miserable when I got home and I had a muffin (156kcals).
So much for fasting, I had about 1400kcals
I feel so physically sick with myself. I managed to burn off about 150kcals, but honestly thats a drop in the ocean.
I'm restricting today and working out. So far I've had one yogurt (90kcal) and I've burnt that off with aerobics-according to http://www.self.com/fitness/body/calculators/ I burnt 150kcals.
I'm much more focused-it weigh in day tomorrow!!!

I havent been very good with the food diary thing but I am starting anew this week!
So far my intake= 1 apple which is about 90kcal
1 snack bar pack (oops)=240kcals =[
2 diet cokes, 1 cherry, 1 citrus=13kcals combined
100g salmon=150kcals
100g cooked rice (approx 50g raw)=180kcals
70g Mushrooms=15kcals
75g asparagus tips=12kcals
Lettuce
1 tomato=15kcals
100gBeansprouts=27kcals
And I've burnt about 320kcals doing my workout dvds ^_^
So far that brings me to 442kcals, I would have eaten less for lunch but I'm going out tonight so I do have to eat something. I'm going to try and burn it off dancing .

Did well yesterday considering we were out. Today is my liquid fast day so the meal plan is
Breakfast-yogurt=104Kkcals
Lunch-Soup=180kcals
Tea-Soup=126kcals, yogurt 104kcals.
total intake= 514kcals
