Weigh-ins will be Sunday mornings unless anyone objects. This will force us to be good on weekends, ladies.

I have to lose loads now for Sunday :S

Lol.. me too.. i have to lose loads by everyday I dropped 2.6lbs overnight from just being ill - it was great! [Well not the being ill part ><]

I have an excel spreadsheet that helps me too - i posted in the WaitingRoom earlier - and ended up sending it to over 30 people. Was wellll good =]

My goal loss for sunday is: 5lbs (minimum)

Do you all weigh yourselves daily?

Yes i have to.. because these days i dont have as much control as i used to. And if i dont weigh myself for one day, then i lose everything: my grasp on what I want, why I'm doing it, and any motivation I had in the first place. It's almost like double personas. But I guess we're all similar in that way, with bingeing [] especially?

Today is my last day of bingeing EVER I just decided. I can't do this to myself anymore!! UGH. Thank god- tomorrow is a new day

i really like that idea the weekend is hard for me but thatll def push me forward and i think im going to start weighing myself everyday but i need to buy a scale for my dorm lol and a cheap one cuz im a poor college student lol

o yea??? thats awesome thanks for the tip... i just told my roomate that we should get a scale and she said no because she thinks ill become obsessed with my weight .. she doesnt know i have an ed btw so shes unaware im already obsessed with that ..

just get it, and tell her you paid five bucks for it, then get on it and be like "crap, it's broken... well, why return it? it's only five bucks" that way she'll think you don't want to use it. worked for my roommate!

hmmmmm i might have to use that if she starts getting suspicious .. or maybe i could just keep it in my closet when shes around and then only use it when shes not home and maybe have her see me use it like once a week lol
