okay im trying to think of a diet plan so that im not eating above 400 calories but not on the verge of feinting.
Would it work if I JUST ate neg cal foods until sunday?

I think that would work.

you might want to throw in some eggs or something, just to keep the protein up?

You could try boiled egg white on rice cakes or something similar, because if you don't want to binge, it might help to make you feel full.
